The Holidays in Evia and Eretria Village hotel-resort complex is located 5 km from the coastal city of Eretrtia on Evia island. Overland only 115 km from Athens International Airport, via the high bridge of Chalkis that joins the island and the mainland. Participants must arrange with their own transportation to the festival.

For those who would like to travel from the Athens International Airport to Eretria, there is an Express bus (X93) going from the airport to Liosion Bus Station. From there you take the bus to Eretria in Evia Island.

Time table for Monday to Friday from Liosion Bus Station to Eretria:
5:50, 8:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:30, 14:45, 16:30, 17:00, 19:00

The price for taxi from the airport to Eretria is 90-100 euro. To get this price you should contact the hotel and ask them to reserve a local taxi for you waiting for your arrival. Or call and reserve yourself at: +30-22290 62201/62445. Taking a taxi outside the airport will cost you double the money.

By Ferry-Boat

There are frequent connections between Skala Oropou and Eretria with ferry boat (30 minutes trip). To get to Skala Oropou, take the bus at the "Plateia Aegyptou" in Athens or by car take the highway "Athina - Lamia" and then drive to the exit Oropos / Eretria. (Aprox 55 km) Oropos - Eretria (information: +30-22290 62201/62445, Eretria Port Authority).

By Car 

By car, take the highway "Athina - Lamia" and then drive to the exit for Chalkida. Once in Chalkida take direction for South Evia. (From Athens aprox 1 hour)

By Bus

There are many bus lines from Athens to Chalkida departing from the Central Bus Station in central Athens. Change in Chalkida Bus Station to South Evia. Information: KTEL Terminal Office in Athens, Tel: +30-210 8317153
