How to make your payment

If you register and pay the deposit before the 11th of April your fee will be 170 Euro instead of 190 Euro!

 

About the payment:

There are 3 different ways to pay:

 

1. Bankcard, Credit card or Paypal

After you have filled in your registration on the Tangocamp website you will get the possibility to pay the deposit of 60 Euro with Bankcard, Credit card or Paypal. Your payment is handled by PayPal through a secure system – easy and convenient without Tangocamp getting involved with it. The rest  you can either pay in CASH at check in or to Tangocamp Bank account.Observe that the Paypal system give you two options, either Paypals own system or normal VISA/credit card. Participants must pay all costs for the transfer.

 

2. Tangocamp Bank Account

Transfer the deposit of 60 Euro (or if you prefer the whole amount) into the Tangocamp account. If you wish to only deposit 60 Euro, you will have to pay the rest in CASH at check in.

Note: Use the IBAN nr to make an Euro-payment and to get the lowest commission. Participants must pay all costs for the transfer.

 

3. Cash

You can give the deposit of 60 Euro to the contact persons, the rest you pay in cash at check in.

 

Cancellation and refunds

If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the festival the deposit is refunded. If the cancellation is made later, no part of the deposit is refunded.


About the food

Lunch break will be 2–3 hours. In Summit Roma Hotel there is a fully functional restaurant and a café which will be able to provide participants with food and drinks during the entire festival. Breakfast and dinner is included for the ones staying in Summit Roma Hotel. Lunch and must be provided by the participants on their own.

 

Festival Check-In

IMPORTANT: All participants must personally attend the check in to be able to receive personalized schedule and coloured festival bracelet. This irrespective of what the participant chooses for accomodation.
