There are 3 different ways to pay your deposit:

Before you pay make sure that you have registered through our online registration form.

 All participants need to secure their participation by paying a 60 Euro deposit.

1. Bankcard, Credit card and Paypal  

After you have filled in your registration on the Tangocamp website you will get the possibility to pay the deposit of 60 Euro with Bankcard, Credit card or Paypal. Your payment is handled by PayPal through a secure system – easy and convenient without Tangocamp getting involved with it. The rest you can either pay with CASH at check in or to Tangocamp Bank account. Participants must pay all costs for the transfer.

2. Tangocamp Bank Account   

Transfer the deposit of 60 Euro into the Tangocamp account. If you wish to deposit 60 Euro, you will pay the rest with CASH at check in.
The full amount of your festival cost be paid in advance into Tangocamp bank account.

Participants must pay all costs for the transfer.

3. Cash

You can give the deposit of 60 Euro to the contact persons, the rest in CASH at check in.

 

Cancellation and refunds  No GO!!

If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the festival the deposit is refunded. If the cancellation is made later, no part of the deposit is refunded.


About the food

Breakfast hours are 07.30–10.30 and will be served in the dinner hall. Lunch break will be 2–3 hours.

The hotel will have restaurants open during lunch. Dinner will be served in the Congress Hall.


Check-in and checkout   

IMPORTANT: All participants must personally attend the check in to be able to receive schedule and coloured festival bracelet. This irrespective of what the participant chooses for accomodation.

Note: It is possible to check-in before the 14th  of June and/or checkout after the 17th of June by choosing a longer stay in the registration form.
